receive the best standards of customer care. To achieve this high
quality service you can be assured that we will strive to deliver the
following 5 key standards of service:
- All calls to our main office number will be answered
24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- If you are trying to reach any of our legal staff we
will
aim to let you know of their availability and whereabouts and give you
a predicted response time, wherever possible
- We aim to respond to all telephone and voicemail
messages promptly and within an agreed response time
- Our clients will be kept informed on a regular basis
of progress by telephone or by post
- Our clients will be given an estimated cost of our
services at the outset, wherever possible
