At Halborg & Co. all of our staff aim to ensure that our clients receive the best standards of customer care. To achieve this high quality service you can be assured that we will strive to deliver the following 5 key standards of service:- All calls to our main office number will be answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- If you are trying to reach any of our legal staff we will aim to let you know of their availability and whereabouts and give you a predicted response time, wherever possible
- We aim to respond to all telephone and voicemail messages promptly and within an agreed response time
- Our clients will be kept informed on a regular basis of progress by telephone or by post
- Our clients will be given an estimated cost of our services at the outset, wherever possible
